Michele is our founder and managing partner of Rock Mission, as well as a visiting lecturer at one of the leading business schools in the world such as ESCP Europe.
He led numerous consultancy projects with exciting scaleups (Rentuu now part of the Easy group, Gousto, Sparco Fashion, Perkbox, etc.) and corporate ventures (HSBC, Bibby Financial Services, Europcar, etc.).

Rachel Lee

Rachel is a partner at Rock Mission, where she led several projects, typically in FinTech and B2B. Her specialities are search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Prior to joining Rock Mission, she worked at Receipt Bank, helping them scale their customer acquisition strategies effectively.
